    Background:

    • Visceral artery aneurysms (VAAs) are uncommon vascular lesions.
    • Typically, VAAs are isolated or associated with systemic conditions like collagen vascular diseases.
    • Existing literature lacks reports of multiple, non-syndromic VAA involving several major visceral arteries simultaneously.

    Observation:

    • A patient presented with an asymptomatic upper abdominal mass.
    • Angiography revealed a splenic artery aneurysm.
    • Further imaging identified additional aneurysms in the superior mesenteric artery, left and right hepatic arteries, and the gastroduodenal artery.

    Findings:

    • Histopathological examination of the affected vessels showed normal elastic tissue content.
    • This finding excludes common causes of arterial degeneration.
    • The patient exhibited multiple aneurysms across several major visceral arteries without an identifiable systemic disorder.

    Implications:

    • This case represents a unique presentation of multiple visceral artery aneurysms.
    • It highlights the need for comprehensive vascular imaging in patients with suspected VAA.
    • Further research is warranted to understand the etiology and optimal management of such rare, multi-vessel aneurysmal disease.
