Intracranial air bubbles localizing cerebrospinal fluid fistula

A case of persistent meningitis following excision of a jugular foramen neurinoma is presented. A cerebrospinal fluid fistula at the mastoid region was localized by computed tomographic demonstration of air bubbles in the posterior fossa.
