    Summary

    A rare autochthonous Trichophyton simii fungal infection occurred in a German child. Despite no travel history or contact with infected animals, the patient developed a persistent skin lesion, highlighting a new European transmission route for this dermatophyte.

    [Evaluation of effectiveness of education in rheumatology : Recommendations according to a patient education model].
