    Summary

    Sodium fluorescein is not ideal for choroidal angiography due to leakage. Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) labelled dextrans, particularly those with molecular weights of 70,000 and 150,000, effectively visualize the choroidal vascular bed.

    Background:
