    Observation:

    • A single patient case presented with concurrent development of both yellow nail syndrome and nephrotic syndrome.
    • The patient exhibited characteristic nail changes of YNS and clinical/laboratory findings of nephrotic syndrome.

    Findings:

    • Treatment focused on managing the nephrotic edema through therapeutic interventions.
    • Resolution of nephrotic edema was observed to correlate directly with the normalization of nail growth and appearance.
