    Background:

    • Carotid-cavernous fistula (CCF) is an abnormal connection between the carotid artery and the cavernous sinus.
    • CCF can lead to various ophthalmic complications due to elevated orbital venous pressure.
    • Angle closure glaucoma and pupillary block are less common but significant presentations of CCF.
