[Comparative studies into causes of acyclic uterine bleeding (author's transl)]
Abstract:
Abrasion was performed on 4,909 of 20,822 gynaecological patients (23.6 per cent), between 1956 and 1978. Variable distribution and proportionality were recorded from the most frequent diagnoses which included endometritis, glandular-cystic hyperplasia of the endometrium, and mucosal strophy. Age, body weight, parity, and records of previous abrasions are reported and compared.
