[Intraosseus lipoma (author's transl)]

A case of intraosseus lipoma of the rib is presented, when showed bone expansion and endothoracic tumour. Emphasis is put upon the arteriographic findings ("angiolipoma"). This case is perhaps the 31st in the literature, but sometimes these tumours are not diagnosed or not histologically classified.
