[Embolization versus instillation of formalin. Ideas for the treatment of massive bladder hemorrhages]

In the treatment of bladder hemorrhage intravesical formalin and arterial embolization with their techniques and complications are described and supplemented by our own experiences. Critical reflexions are added about therapeutic use and limitation of both methods.
