Assignment of temperature-sensitive mutations of BHK cells to the X chromosome
Abstract:
A class of recurring, noncomplementing, recessive, temperature-sensitive mutation of BHK-21 cells has been assigned to the X chromosome. X-linkage was determined by complementation, karyotypic, and enzymatic analyses.
