The effect of exogenous nucleosides on postimplantation development of mouse embryos

Exogenous nucleosides, either singly or in combination, do not enhance postimplantation development of mouse embryos in vitro, and adenosine, guanosine and thymidine are toxic to the embryos at high concentrations.
