Abstract:
The nonlinear pharmacokinetics applicable to renal excretion is investigated. General solutions are found and simulated concentration-time curves show the effect of various parameters. Equilibrium may or may not exist. An example shows that the additive property of linear pharmacokinetics is no longer valid in the nonlinear case.
