Abstract:
Ureteral involvement is an uncommon complication of disseminated malignant lymphoma. We recently reviewed our ten-year autopsy experience with 127 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Ureteral involvement was observed in 21 (16%) cases, with morphologic evidence of ureteral obstruction in 18 of the 21.
