• A 16-year-old mare presented with multiple, distinct lesions on the skin.
• Biopsies confirmed the presence of dermal lymphosarcoma of the histiolymphocytic type.

Findings:

• The affected mare exhibited localized dermal lymphosarcoma.
• Crucially, no leukaemic transformation was detected in peripheral blood, superficial lymph nodes, internal lymph nodes, or visceral organs.
