    Summary

    Cefazedone, a new cephalosporin antibiotic, demonstrated high efficacy in clinical trials across various infections, achieving excellent or good results in 90.5% of 699 patients. The drug exhibited very good local and general tolerance with minimal laboratory parameter changes.
