[Phenomenon of macrophage spreading in pollinoses]

Abstract:
Macrophages spreading is inhibited by specific allergen in experiments on guinea pigs with a model of pollinosis. Inhibition of macrophages spreading can also be induced by interaction on macrophages of intact guinea pigs with allergens in combination with suitable serum of pollinosis patients. This phenomenon can be utilized in our modification of a test for clinical diagnosis of allergy.
