    Purpose of the Study:

    • To quantify plasma concentrations of clomipramine and its active metabolite, N-desmethylclomipramine, in OCD patients.
    • To examine the relationship between clomipramine dosage and steady-state plasma levels.
    • To assess the pharmacokinetic profile of clomipramine during chronic administration.
