[Substitution therapy of coagulopathies]

In this work are presented current experiences and attitudes in the substitutional therapy of acquired and congenital coagulopathies. There is accentuated general accepted attitude at present that for an adequate supstitution is necessary decided knowledge of the clinical and laboratory diagnostic of these diseases, as much as the possibility of arrangements of the specific chemo-preparations and their doses, and the frequency of application and all complications that might result in the frame of this view of therapy.
