[Hodgkin's disease and glomerulonefritis (author's transl)]

A case of infradiaphragmatic Hodgkin's disease (mixed pattern) associated with glomerulonephritis in the childhood is reported. The pathogenic relationship between Hodking's disease and the renal lesion is discussed.
