Hypercalciuria in sarcoidosis.

    Summary

    In sarcoidosis patients, hypercalciuria (high urine calcium) is common, often due to absorption issues. Sodium cellulose phosphate effectively reduced urine calcium, sometimes needing thiazides for treatment.
