[Cholinergic antagonism by beta-blockers. II. Sequence of interactions and final steady state effects]

On spontaneously beating guinea pig auricles, by assaying acetylcholine and beta-blockers alternate timing, opposite selective initial reactivity had been shown, partially independent of final steady state specific antagonism. Data related to cyclic receptor-sensitivity on acute versus subacute drug combination interaction had been presented.
