[Platelet aggregation and antihypertensive alpha-adrenergic agonists].

    Summary

    Certain antihypertensive drugs, including clonidine, flutonidine, and guanabenz, were found to inhibit platelet aggregation at high concentrations. This effect was observed in response to ADP and thrombin in rabbit platelet-rich plasma.
