[Open craniocerebral lesion due to perforation with a pneumatic pike-driver (author's transl)]

The article reports on a patient with an open craniocerebral lesion due to a pneumatic pike-driver. The unusual type of injury without any neurological symptoms will be discussed. In spite of participation of the ventricle-system there was no infection up to the fifth month.
