Abstract:
It is reported on a left-atrial myxoma in a 20-year-old patient with atypical symptomatology of the mitral stenosis, unspecific general symptoms and lethally finishing embolisms and on the basis of the course the problems of the differential diagnosis and of the complications are shown.
