Dopamine in the blood platelets of the sheep
Abstract:
The concentrations of dopamine and noradrenaline were measured in sheep blood platelets using high performance liquid chromatography and electrochemical detection. The concentration of dopamine was estimated to be 0.0012 microgram/10(9) platelets and that of noradrenaline, 0.0045 microgram/10(9) platelets.
