[Artificial hemodilution and ganglionic blockade in pediatric urology and surgical nephrology]

104 patients aged from 2 to 14 were operated on for grave nephrolithiasis and other diseases of the urinary system. Hemodilution and controlled hypotonia were used. Due to these methods no donor's blood was needed in 88,5% of the patients for substitution of the operation blood loss.
