    • Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder affecting dopamine pathways.
    • Spiperone and butaclamol are drugs that interact with dopamine receptors.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the binding of spiperone in the caudate nucleus of parkinsonian and non-parkinsonian brains.
    • To examine the displacement of spiperone binding by butaclamol isomers.
