[Interaction immunoglobulin G from cancer patients with alpha-globulins]
Abstract:
The immunoglobulin G peculiar to the malignant growth and appearing in blood of cancer patients under the effect of acid medium forms insoluble aggregates with alpha-globulin. Blood serum alpha-globulins of both health people and patients may participate in the aggregate-formation reaction. Immunoglobulin G peculiar to the malignant growth is in blood of patients at all the stages of tumour development, but at late stages the aggregate-formation is difficult due to a decrease in the amount or disappearance of alpha-globulin participating in the process.
