An in vitro method to determine the sensitivity of solid malignant tumours to cytostatic agents

A simple technique is described in which several human solid tumours were assessed in vitro for their sensitivity to cytostatic agents. The technique is reliable, simple, and can be used as an aid to implement chemotherapeutic regimes.
