[Urologic involvement caused by pancreatic cyst]

Pancreas-cysts seldom occur in surgical practice and rarely cause urological complications. The history of a patient is presented in whom dislocation of the kidney and compression of the ureter together with pyelectasis have been observed. Operation revealed that the urological symptoms were elicited by a cyst on the pancreas. Attention is drawn to this rare disease.
