[Evaluation of a trophoblastic beta-globulin preparation in the leukocyte adhesion inhibition test during pregnancy]
The leukocyte adhesion inhibition test was used to study the effect of trophoblastic beta-globulin preparations on the phase of fetal antigen recognition by sensitized lymphocytes from pregnant women. It was found that trophoblastic beta-globulin used in physiological concentrations does not exert an appreciable immunosuppressant effect on pregnant women's lymphocytes both in the first and third trimesters of pregnancy.
