[A simple procedure for the reliable determination of free L-chains in the serum]

The immunochemical diagnostics of a lights chain myeloma is demonstrated by an example showing how the free light chains in the serum may be reliably identified by a specific antiserum, after sodium sulphate precipitation of immunoglobulins if a light chain proteinaemia is present.
