[Mental dysontogeny as a clinicopathogenetic problem for pediatric psychiatry]

The concept of psychic dysontogenesis as a part of general post-natal dysontogenesis is formulated, and the principal types of the pathogenetic mechanisms of the psychic dysontogenesis and their clinical manifestations in the form of particular psychopathological syndromes and symptoms are described. The author believes that it is not reasonable to differentiate negative and productive psychopathological dysontogenetic disorders.
