    Summary

    This study introduces ultraplaning, a novel technique for preparing biological tissues using osmium tetroxide and thiocarbohydrazide (OTOTO) staining. Ultraplaning reveals high-resolution surface and cut-surface details for scanning electron microscopy analysis.

    Background:
