    • To describe the clinical presentation of neovascular glaucoma in patients with ocular ischemic syndrome.
    • To correlate ocular findings with underlying arterial obstructive disease.

    • Case series of 12 patients (13 eyes) diagnosed with neovascular glaucoma and arterial obstructive disease.
    • Clinical examination of anterior and posterior segments of the eye.

    • Anterior segment findings included aqueous flare and rubeosis iridis.
    • Posterior segment findings included intraretinal hemorrhages, narrowed retinal arteries, and neovascularization.
