Trichorhinophalangeal dysplasia (Giedion syndrome). A case report

This rare syndrome is characterized by short stature, sparse, fine scalp hair, a pear-shaped nose, long philtrum, normal intelligence, and cone-shaped epiphyses of the phalanges with deformities of the fingers.
