    Summary

    This study discusses an unusual case of islet cell tumor metastasis presenting as a supra-renal mass with clear cells. Electron microscopy and immunocytochemistry confirmed the metastatic nature and identified neurosecretory granules and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide production.
