[Endodermal sinus tumor of the ovary--clinical aspects and therapy]

Pathomorphology, clinic and therapy of endodermal sinus tumor in pregnancy are explained and discussed by means of a women of 25 years. The importance of estimation of alpha-fetoprotein with regard to diagnosis and follow up is referred, too. The prognosis in former times very bad could be improved by a combination of radical surgery and polychemotherapy.
