Hysteroscopy: choosing distending media

Abstract:
The author reports 2,200 hysteroscopies in which three different distending media were used. He also reports the use of a new uterine fluid insufflator, as well as some modifications in the hysteroscope, to ease the whole endoscopic procedure.
