Abstract:
Pretreatment of actively IgG sensitized Wistar rats with indomethacin, diethylcarbamazine or phenidone respectively, does not modify the evolution of the anaphylactic shock. Neither prostaglandins nor leukotrienes seem to play a significant role in the pathogenesis of this vascular collapse.
