    Summary

    Argon laser therapy effectively treats rhinophyma by coagulating capillaries and shrinking tissue. This simple, comfortable treatment results in a smoother, natural-looking nose with reduced redness and less need for systemic medication.

    Background:

    • Rhinophyma is a chronic skin condition characterized by nasal hypertrophy and redness.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of argon laser therapy for treating rhinophyma.
    • To assess the impact of argon laser treatment on patient symptoms and medication use.

    • Treatment of thirteen patients (eleven men, two women) with rhinophyma using argon laser therapy.
