    Summary

    Antibody fragments targeting complement proteins C5, C6, and C7 significantly inhibit lymphocyte stimulation in mixed lymphocyte cultures. These findings suggest a crucial role for these complement components in lymphocyte activation.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the role of complement proteins C5, C6, and C7 in lymphocyte stimulation.
    • To determine if antibody fragments targeting these complement proteins can modulate lymphocyte activation.
