Hearing prostheses and communication aids for the elderly
Abstract:
A wide variety of prosthetic devices and communication aids--including hearing aids, telephone and television amplifying systems, and signal devices to convert audio signals to visual signals--are currently available to help the hearing-impaired elderly.
