[Osteomyelography and pseudarthrosis of the leg]

The authors have performed osteomedullography in 25 cases of tibial non-union. They conclude that a complete block at the fracture level is in favour of an established non-union. This technique can make it possible to differentiate between delayed bone union and non-union. It cannot be used in cases treated by intramedullary nailing.
