    Summary

    Histologic examination of skin in Huntington's disease patients reveals hyperkeratosis, epidermal atrophy, fibrosis, and increased mucopolysaccharide, despite no obvious external skin changes. These findings offer insights into the disease's subtle dermatologic manifestations.
