Abstract:
Hodgkin's disease was diagnosed in a patient by lymph node excision. Orbital infiltration was demonstrated by echography and computerized axial tomography. Subsequent orbital biopsy specimens showed lacrimal gland involvement with definite Reed-Sternberg cells.
