    Background:

    • Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a significant global health concern.
    • Accurate and early detection of HCC is crucial for effective patient management.
    • Computed tomography (CT) is a widely used imaging modality for abdominal diagnostics.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy of abdominal computed tomography (CT) in detecting primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
    • To assess the role of contrast agents in enhancing HCC visualization on CT scans.
    • To identify characteristic CT findings associated with HCC.
