[Paramagnetic diethyleneimides of urethane phosphoric acids as antitumor agents]
Voprosy Onkologii
|January 1, 1980
Abstract:
Under study were paramagnetic diethylene imides of urethan phosphoric acids containing three type groups showing carcinostatic activity. There was found small toxicity and a wide spectrum of the antitumor effect of the compounds, also the correlation between the chemical structure and carcinostatic effect was investigated. The nitroxyl radical was shown to participate in the antitumor effect manifestation.
