    A rare oat cell carcinoma was found to encase a patient's aorta, mimicking a dissecting aortic aneurysm. This case highlights diagnostic challenges and the limitations of imaging in identifying tumors presenting as pseudoaneurysms.

    • This represents the first reported association between pseudoaneurysm and oat cell carcinoma.
    • It is only the third documented case of a tumor presenting as a pseudoaneurysm.
