Abstract:
A general review is done about 9 observations of pancreatic heterotopia of the stomach coming from statistics of 55 gastric benign tumors. The clinical, para-clinical and anatomo-pathological notions are debated; the local resection is recommended: the pre and per-operative diagnosis are very difficult.
